RICHMANN is a tool company with its head office in Kielce. We specialize in the sale of hand tools, building tools, automotive tools as well as personal protective equipment. We sell products of the highest quality under brands such as RICHMANN and RICHMANN EXCLUSIVE. We deliver products to clients in Poland and abroad. We also export abroad to countries in the whole Europe. Apart from our own tools we strongly develop cooperation with foreign manufacturers. We are general representatives of foreign companies such as KAPRO and XTline.
The history of our company dates back to the year 1996, then we decided to start a family business specializing in the tool industry. In September we started with Centrum Zaopatrzenia NarzÄdziowego „HIT” Import-Export. Initially our activity involved redistribution of products of other brands on the territory of Poland. It was a tough time, which required each of us to be strongly involved and work hard. We were short of storage areas and the head office of the company was situated in part of a residential building. However, with time thanks to our persistence the company intensively developed.
The turning point was the year 2008, when we understood that concentration on trade of products of other companies strongly limited our potential and opportunity to develop. Transfer of the premises of the company and storage areas to the industrial part of Kielce allowed to launch an ambitious project of sale of products under our own brand. In this way the following brands came into existence: CORONA – the line of high quality everyday use hand tools, CORONA EXCLUSIVE – more professional line intended for industrial purposes, where precision and reliability are the basis, and CORONA PROTECT – personal protective equipment. The main distribution area of our products was Poland. From the very beginning we knew that the appropriate brand awareness is the key to success. For many years we have been constantly developing and enlarged our offer in order to meet the needs of our clients. With time we started to receive inquiries concerning products and cooperation also from abroad. Successively we have been putting our lines on European markets…
In 2017 we decided on even greater expansion of European countries but we came across some difficulties and we could not present our full offer to foreign customers. It turned out that certain tool groups have already been reserved under the name CORONA. Thus, the idea of creating a new brand was born. The following brands came into existence: RICHMANN and RICHMANN EXCLUSIVE – professional tools of the highest quality, which are the result of our experience gained over years. Putting them on the market we made every effort so that they meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers.
The main series of products in our offer are RICHMANN and RICHMANN EXCLUSIVE tools. They are distinguished by the highest quality, extraordinary design and very good value for money. We are especially proud of the line of workshop trolleys with equipment, workshop and construction site lamps as well as awide range of wrenches. Quality of our products can definitely be proved by a lifetime warranty given on selected products.

Our offer has been expanded of HONITON tools, respected in Poland Taiwanese manufacturer who directs its offer mainly to service stations.
The change of name of both the brand and the company coincided with expansion of storage and office areas. Currently we have warehouses of the area over 4500 m2. It has a direct impact on availability of products, orders processing and enabled extension of our offer of new products.
Regional representatives deal with the sale of products on the territory of Poland and they are in direct contact with our customers. Their task is to take orders, which are then carried out by courier companies. The orders are usually delivered next day after placing an order.
It is also possible for a buyer to order goods directly from our website by using the Customer Panel.
We strongly develop cooperation with shops, chains of shops as well as wholesalers. We offer our customers long payment terms and varied discounts depending on the size of purchases.
Apart from the partnership on the local market, we export to many European countries such as: Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ireland, Great Britain, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Portugal, Moldavia, Cyprus, Iceland.
